Help Needed!!
Hello, I am a student at Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia. I am currently in a "Just Health Care In Developing Nations", this class teaches us about health care disparities in the developing world. For our final project, we were tasked with creating a solution to a public health issue that we had learned about in class. While this project is just hypothetical at the moment, if we do a good enough job it has the possibility of becoming a real initiative. This project is very specific and detailed, and with that being said we have to have everything mapped out ahead of time - including exact measures to create and finance our project.
My group's project deals with creating "period panties" for young girls living in rural El Salvador. We have all of the areas covered including transportation, design, prototype, and location. The only thing we are lacking is finances, and that is why I am reaching out to see if any of you know of any organizations that could hypothetically finance our project.
